TEVES, Gabriel

April 21, 1935 – February 17, 2021

85 years. Late of Harrow. Beloved husband of Maria Angela (Medeiros) Teves. Loving father of Maria (James) Talbot, Gabriel Teves. Loving Avo of Samantha (Harrison) and Nicholas (Lauren). Dear son of the late Manuel Teves (1989) and Helena (Feliciano) (1979). Dear brother of the late Maria (late Manuel) Cordeiro, Helena (late Paul) Jaekel, late Manuel (late Diodata) Teves, Carlos (Eduarda) Teves, late Frank (Maria) Teves, late Emundo (Carma) Teves, late Antonio "Tony" (late Maria) Teves,  Valdomira (Adelino) Ferreira, late Gabriel and late Angela, Portugal. Also remembered by several nieces and nephews. Gabriel retired in 1997 from Chrysler Canada after 32 years of employment. He was a member of Unifor 444 and a member of Banda Lira N.S. Fatima Marching Band. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Due to Covid-19 restrictions you must RSVP to attend the visitation and Funeral Mass at www.geraldasmith.ca. Masks are required to attend. Visitation, Sunday February 21, 2021 from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A funeral will be held on Monday February 22, 2021 at St. Anthony of Padua Church 120 Munger St. W. Harrow where family and friends will meet at 10 am until the time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am with Fr. Matt Kucharski officiating, followed by a private family Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. With tears of sorrow we cry each day, in angel's arms you were carried away. Our memories of love and laughter shall not fade, for inside our hearts you will always stay.
