CARVALHO, Anselmo Marques

78 years. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Laurinda Antunes (Gomes). Loving father of Bella Carvalho (Claudio) and Carlos (Heather) Carvalho. Loving Avô Jeffrey, Jonathon, Ciara, Cameron and Shelby. Dear brother of the late Aida (Fernando) Simoes, Armindo (Celeste) Carvalho. Dear brother-in-law of the late Jaime (Lizete) Gomes, late Arthur (Ann) Gomes and Alice (Brad) Laporte. Also remembered by several nieces and nephews. Anselmo retired from Fabco in 2002 with 36 years of service, he owned and operated Apollo Travel Agency in Harrow and had a love and passion for the soccer team Sporting Clube de Portugal A loyal member of the Camoes Portuguese Club of Harrow, for 50 some years. He also belonged to a few board of directors and ran a term as President. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation, Friday March 12, 2021 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A private family funeral service will be held with Fr. Matt Kucharski officiating, followed by a private family Entombment.
