My deepest sympathy to all of Gert’s family. She was one of the friendliest, sweetest, most kind people I have known. When I heard the news my heart cracked in half. I feel so bad for your family that my words can’t express. Every year at the Harrow Fair I would always see her when I went to play corn bingo. One year I asked one of the boys working the bingo where his mom was because I would look out for her to say hi and chat for a bit. Gone to soon is an understatement. The whole town of Harrow loved you Gert. Moments like this make our little town seem like a family and we are all grieving. I know what we are all feeling so I can’t imagine the pain your family is in. Rest in heavenly peace Gert. May God give your family comfort at this time.

I had the pleasure of grooming Gert's little dog Chloe for several years. Gert and I would have our little chit chats and I so enjoyed her.
