LAMOURE, Wilbur Eugene

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 94 years on July 24, 2021 at Hospice Windsor. Loving husband of the late Yolanda Regina (Mori) 2019. Dear father of Cary (Gillian), Jim (Lianne), Jeff (Beth), Lawrence (Karen), Victor (Pam), Steven (Margie), Bev (Greg) Pigeon, Lynn (John) Montgomery. Loving grandpa of 22 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren plus one on the way. Predeceased by his siblings Grant, Lawrence and Audrey. Dear brother-in-law of Leno (Heidi) Mori. Gene worked 14 years at the Harrow Research Station after managing Mori Nurseries in Harrow since 1962. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Thursday, July 29, 2021 2-4 p.m. 7-9 p.m. masks and reservations are required. Please RSVP at www.geraldasmith.ca. A service to celebrate Eugene's life will be held on Friday July 30, 2021 at Harrow United Church 45 Munger St. E. Harrow at 11:00 a.m. Only those with RSVP's will be able to attend due to limited capacity. Cremation has taken place.
