Passed away August 5, 2021 at the age of 79. Beloved mother of Shirley Jakubec and Janet (Andrew) McCormick and the late Ed Jakubec (2001). Dear grandma of Tom, Karen and Robert (Samantha). Dear sister of John (Mary) Slavka. Dear aunt of Vera (Beri) Stajdohar, Anna (Steve) LaBelle and Dan Slavka. Dear great aunt of Allen (Kelcey), Ava and Logan. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Due to COVID-19 restrictions masks and RSVPs are required to attend visitation and the funeral service. A funeral service will be held on Saturday August 14, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Harrow Baptist Church 2548 County Rd. 20 E. Harrow. Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
