To the family, I am truly sorry for your loss. I met my cousin-in-law Kari this year in Hartford ,CT at my cousin Dawn's 60th B-day. It was a great pleasure to meet her and spend the weekend with her. Her light shined so brightly. Easygoing, intelligent, beautiful and a great sense of humor. She warmly invited my husband and I to there home for a pool visit during Carribana. I won't get the visit but am ever so grateful that this gentle soul touched our lives.

I knew Kari by association through friends who were on the Lancers team. Whether Kari was a close friend, family or just an acquaintance you always enjoyed sharing a brief smile with, her positive influence was so profound.
