Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 2, 2021 at the age of 30. Loving son of Jay and Judy (Mitchell) Affleck. Dear brother of Darren Affleck (Tarah), Jeff Affleck (Rebecca). Beloved grandson of Judy Affleck (late Bruce, 2014) and the late John (2012), Jerry (Rose) Mitchell (late Bertha 1992). Dear nephew of John (Micheline) Affleck, Bonnie (Dave) Wilson, Ron (Marion) Mitchell and John Mitchell. Masks and reservations are required to attend visitation. RSVP's may be made at www.geraldasmith.ca Visitation will be held at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Tuesday October 5, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. p.m. Cremation to follow. A celebration of Brent's life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hotel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Crisis and Mental Wellness Centre.
