Sandy and vickie,
I will again express my (our )deep sadness for the lose of your mother. Your parents shared a dream they created, to live in the country, and have a farm, and they did just that, and the strawberrries were some of the best. They charted the course for themselves, and on hopes and dreams,(hard work!) found their way to making it come true. The poet, Emily Dickinson, writes of a chart, that tells us to know in our hearts that heaven is easy to find, as if the chart were always in our hands. It is the course followed, the path thru love, love of a mother for her children and for her family. I hope her words are a but a small gesture, a healing balm that i offer, in hopes to lessen your sad hearts. susan & family
I never saw a moor,
i never saw the sea;
yet know I how the heather looks,
and what a wave must be.
I never spoke with God,
Nor visited in heaven;
yet certain am I of the spot
As if the chart were given.
