Words cannot express the deep sadness we felt when hearing about the passing of our dear Marnie. She was such a loving mother-in-law and ‘Gran’. Always with the most positive “glass half full” outlook on life’s challenges. We have many happy, fond memories of our times spent together in Windsor- on the porch overlooking the River, Jekyll Island, Ga., Alaska and at our home in B.C. These, we will keep close to our hearts. May it be comforting to know she is now eternally resting in peace, reunited with the love of her life and her sons.

Family of Marnie Gatfield
Marnie was an amazing lady. She was quick witted, always had a comeback line and often would say something that would make a person smile or laugh out loud. I miss her already and will continue to do so at Seacliff Manor Retirement. I still picture her sitting in the dining room with her arms folded and her legs crossed monitoring what was going on around her.
