Dear Alex, Mason, Judy, Hugh and the entire Dougan and Bas families,
My heart aches to hear that we have lost Colleen. She was always a wonderful friend with the biggest heart and never too busy to help those who needed her. I will miss her beautiful smile and warm heart. Heaven has truly gained an angel to watch over those whom she loved dearly. She was taken away much too soon. I will miss her dearly and will fondly cherish all of the times we spent together.
