July 2, 1924 – December 8, 2022. Loving wife of 77 years to Lyle Finlay. Dear mother of Jim (Marsha) Finlay, Carol (Ted) Cole, late Keith (2022), Karen (Tom) Brouillette and Lyle (late Annie 2022) Finlay Jr. Loving grandma of Deanna (John) Baty, Jeff (Janice) Cole, Christine (Ed) Haddon, Randy (Christine) Cole, Andrea (John) Stobie, Tom (Ashley) Brouillette, Kyle Finlay, Kevin (Jasmine) Finlay and the late Julie (1990). Proud great grandmother of 18 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter Daughter of the late Horace and Mabel Coulter. Predeceased by her brothers Orley, Garth and sister Merle. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Sunday December 11, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. A service to celebrate Ethel's life will be held on Monday December 12, 2022 at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. Interment Colchester Memorial Cemetery.
