Hello ~ I am Janette Lawton's sister, Ben Lawton's aunt. We have heard so many sweet stories over the years of Ben's time with Heather and others ~ many special outings. What sweetheart memories my family and I have of our beloved Heather. Her charming smile and disposition remain fresh in our minds. I remember the many years that she spent visiting my daughters and Liz and I. Especially, we remember having so many suppers with Heather’s favourite dish… Chicken à la King. It was so heart warming to see on-line the pictures of Heather with my daughter Michaila out on our back rink on the 4th concession. Also, on that property stands a special spruce tree that Jeff and Sandra gave us respecting our friendship with Heather. We dedicated that tree at the time as the “Heather tree” and that small tree has grown into a 30 some foot tall tree that now stands there as a lasting symbol and memory of Heather.
