Passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Tuesday May 30, 2023 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Linda (Turner). Loving father of Randy Neff , Teresa Neff. Bonnie (Marc) St. Jules and Robert Neff. Loving grandpa of Shannon (Kyle), Anna, Jack, Billy, Jeffrey, Hunter, Summer and Charlotte. Loving great grandpa of Wesley, Thomas and Scarlett. Dear brother of late Euna, Shirley (Carmen), Irma (Barry), Bill, Stephanie (Larry) and late Blanche. Also remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Cremation has taken place.
