Penny would often Stop on Taylor Street when she seen me outside with my granddaughters. She was always texting me about the pictures of them I posted on FB.

Sincere condolences to the family. Sandra knew Penney from early childhood and shared in having polio at about the same time. I knew her as a friend from my high school years.
