Our mother Joyce Bedal spent her last years at Harrow wood under the loving care and leadership of Carol and her wonderful staff. Roast beef dinners on Sunday complete with homemade pies, activities and celebrations that delighted the seniors …all cared for and given the respect and dignity that they each deserved. Carol went beyond the call of duty to make sure her seniors were safe and well cared for. We are thankful to have had such a compassionate and thoughtful person in our mom’s life. Our hearts go out to the family with the loss of such a beautiful person. May you know how much your Mom / grandmother meant to so many of us. May her memories sustain you through this difficult time.

My sincere condolences to Carol's family. Carol and I went to school together from grade 1 to 13. She was truly one of the nicest people that I have ever met. When my mother was at Harrowood I recognized Carol's smile immediately and we both "ran" to hug each other. Carol, you truly made the world a better place and will be missed dearly.

Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mother. Her love and guidance will forever be a part of you, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. As a volunteer, I helped Carol put together some fun events for the residents. Lots of laughs. When our mother went in and became a resident, we really got to see how much she really cared for the people who lived there. Carol made a positive impact on everyone around her. She was an amazing person. We want to send our sincere condolences to her family.
