Peter and I were out of town and not able to attend the funeral or visitation. Even though we did not know Karen for very long, she will forever be remembered in our hearts. She got a real kick out of Mackenzie sitting in front of her at church. Please know that we keep you and your family in our prayers. God Bless

I have fond memories of growing up on the farm with Karen. There was always the three of us Karen, Brian and me. My brother Rick referred to us as the 3 stooges. We were always put to work in the summer picking the tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, hoeing the crops and anything else that our parents could find for us to do. I also have great memories of driving to Muskoka every summer in the car to visit Elaene's family. Karen always loved the animals and my kids Sandi and Paul had the opportunity to visit the farm every summer when they were young. We would pack everyone in the van and drive from Chicago to Harrow. They loved to be in the barn with Karen and Mervyn. Paul has great memories of Karen's dog Shadow also. Shadow followed Karen everywhere. We also had wonderful Christmas, New Years and Easter dinners on the farm. Life goes by so fast. Love and miss you all! Marilyn, Tony, Paul and Sandi Sadowski with sympathy.

I struggle to write this because I really do not know what to say! You were taken too soon before you finished all your family history books for me to look at! So happy I spent that afternoon with you after Christmas. I will miss you at Christmas Eve at Shelley's, but know you will always hold a special place in my heart! May you find peace and comfort where you are and know a lot of people cared about and loved you! Love your cousin Kelley, Robert and Austin xoxoxo
