It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Anne at the age of 92 years, in the late afternoon hours of September 17, 2015 at the Sun Parlor Home, Leamington, ON. Anne left this world peacefully with her grandchildren at her side. Predeceased by her husband John (1998). Beloved mother of the late John Fabok Jr., (2014), Caroline (Eric) Pertsch, Thornhill, ON. Loving Nana of Jennifer (Jason), Jillian (Jon), Geoffrey (Anne Marie) and great grandchildren Zachary, Emma, Nicholas, Julia, Lauren, Olivia, Emily and Connor. Dear sister-in-law of Julie Fabok. Predeceased by her brothers Paul, Samuel and sisters Elizabeth and Helen. Visitation at GERALD A. SMITH FUNERAL HOME 197 King St. W. Harrow on Saturday September 26, 2015 from 11:15 a.m. until the time of service to celebrate Annes life at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Steve Forsey officiating. Interment Colchester Memorial Cemetery. Following the interment a reception for relatives and friends will be held at Harrow Baptist Church 2548 County Rd. 20 E. Harrow The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Sun Parlor Home for their excellent care and compassion of our mom.
