Obituary of Patricia Bondy

BONDY, Patricia Ann (Pettypiece) "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28) It is with deep sadness that the family of Patricia share the news of her passing at Windsor Regional Hospital on Friday, January 15, 2016, in her 68th year. Loving wife of the late Thomas Bondy (1986). Cherished by her sons and their spouses, Mike and Shauna Bondy of Strathroy and Steve and Fiona Bondy of Amherstburg. Proud grandma of Cole, McKenna, Lauren and Connor. Survived by her brother Les (Linda) Pettypiece. Predeceased by her parents Mick and Norma Pettypiece and brothers Hugh and Brad. She will be remembered by many brothers/sisters in law, nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends will be received at the Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home,197 King St. W. Harrow on Wednesday, January 20 from 7-9 p.m. To celebrate Patricia and give thanks for the peace she now enjoys. Funeral on Thursday January 21, 2016 where family and friends will meet at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Michael O’Brien officiating. Interment to follow at the Colchester Memorial Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
