I wish to express my sympathy to you. It has been my privilege to know Don and members of the Mannell family over the space of many years. When Don and I talked on the phone, I immediately recognized his distinct voice and chuckle. When we met in person, I appreciated the sparkle in his eyes, and the great smile.
Always, there was an interest in people and an ongoing interest and concern for the United Church.

Deepest sympathy to the Mannell family at this difficult time.Rev.Mannell performed our wedding ceremony 45+ years ago. On our return visits to Harrow he always greeted us with a big smile and a welcoming handshake.
My sister Evelyn and I were very appreciative of his efforts to stay in touch with our mother Margaret Watson, particularly after she moved to the Dearness Home here in London.On the occasion of her 100th birthday,he drove several members of the Harrow congregation to the celebration in London.
