Obituary of Mary Michinski

87 years. Mary passed away peacefully with her son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter by her side on August 16, 2008 at Leamington Nursing Home, formerly of Harrow. Loving and very special mother of Alex and Shirley Michinski, Harrow. Loving and devoted grandma of Alex Michinski Jr., Emeryville and Michele Taylor, La Salle. Loving and devoted great grandma of Natashia Michinski, Steven Michinski, Hillary Mackenzie and Aaron Mackenzie. Special grandma of Jeannine Jobin. Daughter of the late Steve (1989) and Elizabeth (1981). Dear sister of Steve and Betty Szuch, Harrow, the late Peter (2006) and Virginia Szuch, Harrow. Mary lived most of her life on the family farm. She loved the outdoors and was an avid gardener. Mary was a wonderful cook and baking was her specialty. Marys life was devoted to her family and one of her greatest joys was her great grandchildren. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Tuesday 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Marys life will be held Wednesday August 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Christine Downey officiating. Interment at Christ Church Cemetery, Colchester. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Arthritis Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
