Obituary of Phillias Tremblay
Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family at the age of 64 years on April 10, 2009. Pete is survived by his loving wife Margaret (nee Pouget) and his children Rhonda (Ian) McGregor, Ursula, Michael, Matthew (Karine) Tremblay and Terry Lepain. Cherished grandfather "Pepe" of Jennie (Matt), Tiffany, Eric, Mikey, Summer, Ryan, Cody and Joey. Great "Pepe" of Christopher. Beloved son-in-law of Juliette Pouget. Survived by his sisters Gloria Riberdy, Pauline (Joe) Ford and brother-in-law John Lacounte and sister-in-laws Connie, Jean, Leona Tremblay and Doreen Phaneuf. Also survived by sister-in-law Mary Jane (Gary) Fields and brother-in-laws Paul, Louis (Pam), Leo (Marnie) and Bobby (Christine) Pouget and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Aldea Tremblay and brothers Ordo, Norman, Eugene, Lionel, Joseph, Maurice and sisters Virginia and Mildred. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation on Monday April 13, 2009 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Visitation Tuesday April 14, 2009 from 9:30 a.m. until a service to celebrate Pete's life at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Fr. Rick Janisse officiating. Interment at St. Joseph's Church Cemetery, River Canard. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Essex County Humane Society or the charity of your choice.
