Obituary of Georg Hotz

HOTZ, Georg Late of Leamington Lodge, formerly of Harrow, passed away peacefully on Monday August 4, 2008 at Leamington Hospital. He had just turned 70. He was the son of the late Elisabeth (1988) and Andreas Hotz (1985), dear brother of the late Andy Hotz Jr. (1998) and brother-in-law of the late Georg Gayer (1978). He is survived by his sister Maria Gayer, Germany; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hotz, Harrow; and his nieces and nephews, Christine and Hartwig Enderstein, Gerhard and Karin Gayer, of Germany, Linda and Jim Sneddon, Joe and Lorie Hotz, Helga and Joe Bondy all of Harrow, as well as several great nieces and nephews and cousins. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Wednesday August 6, 2008 from 2-5 p.m. with prayers at 3:00 p.m. A service to celebrate Georgs life will be held Thursday August 7, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church with Pastor Gerhard Maag officiating. Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Christ Lutheran Church or Leamington Lodge.
