Obituary of Charles Weir

69 years. It is with great sadness on September 2, 2009, he started his journey to eternal life. Beloved husband of Patsy, dear father of daughters Penny Wade, Charlotte Weir, Cindy Kingsboro, sons Charles Jr., Dwayne and Todd. Survived by sisters Diane Hewitt, Geraldine Howatt, brother John and spouses. grandfather to 16 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Predeceased by his father James (1992) and mother Geraldine (1991). Charles retired after 30 years from the City of Windsor, Crawford Yard. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Friday September 4, 2009 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Chuck's life will be held Friday at 8:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
