Obituary of William H. Stiffler

Bill was the former owner of the Copper Kettle Restaurant in Harrow for twenty-three years. Our beloved Bill passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord on Sunday April 18, 2011, surrounded by his family and friends and in the arms of his soul mate and wife of almost forty years Gail. Also with him were his precious daughter Diana Lee Douglas and son-in law Robert of Pittsford, New York. He is lovingly remembered by his granddaughter Kimberly Ann Douglas Anderson and Dr. Richard Anderson and his grandson, Brian Alexander Douglas and Kelly Douglas. He had a special connection with his beautiful great grandchildren, Sylvie, Brinkley, Ryan, Elle and Brooks. Dear to his heart were his sister Helen Hodgson and William of Shaler Township, Pennsylvania. Predeceased by his parents John C. Stiffler and Pearl M. Stiffler Dagg and his siblings Harold, Clarence, Charles, Thelma and Marie of Pennsylvania. Special uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bill was a very special man and was loved by many friends and all that knew him. Please note: Visitation at Harrow United Church 45 Munger St. E. Harrow, on Friday April 22, 2011 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Bills life will be held Saturday April 23, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. at Harrow United Church 45 Munger St. E. Harrow with Rev.
