81 years. March 9, 2009. Late of Harrow. Loving husband of 56 years to Annette (Wright). Beloved father of Deborah Ann and Ross Vincent, MI, Christopher Feltham and Claire Soulliere, Windsor, Brian and Lyne Feltham, Harrow, Nancy and Rob Huff, Thamesville, Bradley and Cathy Feltham, Tecumseh. Loving grandfather of Tracy Meloche and Ernie Godden, Burt and Barb Feltham, Jason Martin and Nancy Hebert, Chad Martin, Mary Ann Feltham and Daniel Cantrell, Adam Vincent, Bryanne Vincent, Matthew Feltham and Jenna Feltham. Loving great grandfather of Broden Meloche, Taylor Meloche, Trent Martin, Eliana Feltham and Seirra Clinansmith. Dear brother of Vera Thompson, Sydenham, ON. Predeceased by his brother Philip and by his sisters Margaret and Muriel. Dear brother-in-law of Robert and Erma Wright, Oil Springs, Carmen and Betty Wright, Milton, John and Adaline Wright, Ayr, the late Bruce (1999) and Jo-ann Wright (2000) and Jim Wright (1995). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Best friend for 72 years of Bernard and Sheila Marontate and Lawrence and Dorothy Trombley. Elmer was the former owner of F.H.R. Hobby Products in Harrow. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation on Thursday March 12, 2009 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Elmers life will be held on Friday March 13, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Christine Downey officiating. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Elmer's dog "Onyx" by cheque to the Windsor-Essex St. John Ambulance Pet Therapy Dog Unit 1202.
