Obituary of Stanley Baylis
52 years. Went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on May 27, 2009 peacefully at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Late of Windsor, formerly of Harrow. Predeceased by his parents Elmer Stanford Baylis (1987) and Clara Louise (Scott) (2000), his brother Eddie (2006) and sister Jacqueline (1988). Beloved father of Jason. Loving grandfather of Jamyson. Dear brother of Carolyn (James), Violet (Sidney), Charlotte (Jesse), Barbara (Martin), Clarissa (Joe), Paula, Marllon (Heather), James (Darlene), Shelley, Patricia (Anthony) and Glenda. Survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.. Also remembered by a host of relatives and friends. Stan served in the Canadian Armed forces and retired from Chryslers in 2003. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation on Sunday 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Monday June 1, 2009 at St. Marks Evangelical Church, 45 Draper St. Colchester, to visit until the time of a service to celebrate Stans life at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop C. L. Morton officiating. Interment at St. Marks Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to St. Marks Evangelical Church.
