86 years. Passed away peacefully February 18, 2008. Late of Richmond Terrace, Amherstburg. Beloved husband of Gladys (Jobagy) of 60 years. Loving dad of Jim and Mia Gardin, Diane and Pat Coyle, Karen and Victor Nelson, Bruce and Kathleen Gardin, Brian and Jocelyne Gardin, Margie and Paul Paget. Loving papa of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Sebastian and Maxine Gardin, Gino Gardin. Predeceased by his sister Theresa DeSantis. Predeceased by his sisters-in-law Mary and Gail Gardin and brother-in-law Clarence Jobagy. Dear brother-in-law of Theresa Jobagy. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Thursday February 21, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parish and K of C St. Clement Council #2844 prayers Thursday at 7:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday February 22, 2008 where family and friends will meet at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Rick Janisse officiating. Interment at Colchester Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Alzheimers Society.
