POBRAN, Jessie Cecelia 86 years on November 29, 2013. Late of Leamington formerly of Harrow and Windsor. Predeceased by her husband Paul Pobran (2008), her parents Lily (Devoe) and Michael McEachern, her sisters Netty Leger and Lillian Markwell.
