Obituary of Kenneth Grayer

88 years. Went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on December 24, 2008. Late of Amherstburg, formerly of Harrow. Beloved husband of Martha (Matthews). Beloved father of Yolande and Edward Hurst, Amherstburg, Rennae and Stanley Carlyle, BC., Charlene Grayer Cook, Chatham. Loving grandpa of Kareem, Aliam (Stephanie), Matthew, Makeeba (David Ennis Jr.), Andrew and Jordan. Loving great grandpa of David, Da-Marion, Dorian and Ka-Naan. Predeceased by his brothers Virgil and Gerald and sisters Evelyn Hurst, Lovedy Scott, Estella Scott, Mazie Myers, Olive Walls and Ruby McWhorter. Ken retired from Chrysler Canada with over 30 years of service and was a member of CAW Local 444. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation on Sunday December 28, 2008 from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Monday December 29, 2008 at Central Grove A.M.E. Church 4005 Walker Rd. RR# 4 Harrow to visit until the time of a service to celebrate Kens life at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Corey Millben officiating. Interment at Central Grove A.M.E. Church Cemetery.
