55 years with courage, grace and dignity on February 17, 2008 with her loving family by her side. Late of Amherstburg. Beloved wife and best friend of 36 years to Dave Lippert. Loving mom of Jeff Lippert and fiance Mary, Amherstburg. Loving grandma Barb of Brook, Wyatt and Austin. Predeceased by her parents Sam Hayes and Jean McDougall. Beloved daughter-in-law of Fern Lippert and the late Ralph, Windsor. Dear sister of Bill and Donna Hayes, Kinloss, Gord and Grace Hayes, Inverhuron, Kevin and Kerri Hayes, Tiverton, Sandy and Ron Teeple, Paisley. Predeceased by her sister Beverly. Dear sister-in-law of Mike and Rhonda Lippert, St. Joachim. Also remembered by several nieces and nephews. Barbie was an insurance broker with Blonde & Little Insurance Ltd. for several years and was a member of the SPBC. Barbie will always be remembered by her kind smile, free spirit and her ability to light up those she met and touched. Family and friends will gather at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. for visitation on Saturday February 23, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. to celebrate and honour Barbies free spirit and joy for life.
