Beloved father of Glenn Holmes, Kim and Mary Holmes, Nancy and Kevin Laporte, Harrow, Jim and Amy Holmes, Windsor, Scott and Dawn Holmes, Harrow. Predeceased by his son Joseph (Joey) Holmes (1997). Loving papa of Eric, Jessica, Mitchell, Brittany, Dawson, Jesse, Carson, Cassie, Courtney and Ronnie. Predeceased by his granddaughter Bobbi-Lynne (2007). Loving great papa of Brady. Dear brother of Chuck and Ann Holmes, Windsor, the late Jim Holmes and wife Pam, Amherstburg. Bob was a retired sheet metal worker and a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #235. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Wednesday February 13, 2008 from 2-5 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. a service to celebrate Bobs life will be held at the funeral home, Thursday February 14, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. David Steadman officiating. Interment Colchester Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made by cheque to the charity of your choice.
