Much to the delight of all of us, Maurie's "baby sister" had many family stories to share with young and old alike. She always expressed a genuine interest in the lives of each of our families. Her love of God and family was always apparent in the way she lived her life. Aunt Jo will be dearly missed.
Deepest sympathies, she will be missed. I remember the Club meetings at the house. What fun. All the lady's got together for Rosery, cards, and good eats. Good memories. Now she's in the arms of the Lord.
My memories of Mrs. Hooper and her family go back to my childhood. What fun we all had. The ladies club carried from their high school day`s and brought great friendship through the years. She will be missed by the entire Hurley family.
Aunt Jo was so special to me and all the Burns clan and we'll miss her terribly. She always had such good stories to share and loved a good joke. It felt good knowing that she was keeping me in her prayers. Now I guess I have a guardian angel to watch over me. She truly was a special lady!
