Predeceased by her husband Allan (Nick) Knickle (2001) and her infant son Gary (1950). Beloved mother of Allan and Anne Knickle, Amherstburg, Susan and Albert Grundner, Harrow, Betty Stefaniak and Marvin Shaw, Windsor. Dale and Phyllis Knickle, Weymouth, NS. Loving nannie of Gary (Danielle), Brian (Miranda), Jodi (Alan), Ryan, Scott, Mark and Jill. Loving great nannie of Maxwell, Ava and Ruby, Gavin and Griffin. Dear sister of Wiley, Vancouver, Wellington (Joan), Dale (Barb), Heather (Roger) Hirtle, NS. Predeceased by her brothers Arthur, Merle, Carroll, Victor Jr., Grant and sisters Dorothy and Jean. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow where a private family visitation was held, then to Jaynes Funeral Home 7 Birch St. Digby, Nova Scotia where a Service to Celebrate Frances Life will be held on Thursday August 7, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Alzheimer Society.
