I just found out about Leonard's passing. Please accept my deepest sympathies on his loss.I spent a great deal of time traveling with Leonard; he was one of the good guys. Nobody rocked socks like Len. RIP Len.

I met Leonard on my first day at Quorum. I'm an intern, so it also happened to be the first day I ever had a real job, one that I was proud to be at.
We were doing a diagnostic visit to a dealership close by, and I was so nervous I could hardly speak.
Because I couldn't speak, Leonard did. He told me all about how the company works, all about why we were there and what we were doing. And when there was nothing left to say about the job, he asked me all about myself.
Gradually, he made me feel comfortable, just by speaking with me.
Because of Leonard's kindness, I was able to start my career knowing there are people out there who do care. He gave me the initial confidence that any work is worth doing if it helps other people.
All in a couple hours.
No amount of college, books, or praying could do that for me, but Leonard did it in the time it took to realize the system we were troubleshooting didn't have any troubles to shoot.

I have only met Leonard through Quorum as past fellow employees. In fact, I have not met Leonard in person...only through the telephone and computer. He struck me as a trustworthy, family-rounded and animal loving embracing human....and that's what made me befriend him. I am very sorry for the loss to his family and those that drew him closer.
