Girls,
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I was out of town and only just heard today.
She was an amazing woman and parent kept busy in our days at Sandwich West Public School. With all of you and her involvement at the school, she was just like one of the staff.

Sherry, I remember your mother sitting in the sun on a blanket watching our track meets and fun days at Sandwich Public.
Her face and smile are indelible in my childhood mind. Her image often comes to me when I go to my girls events.
Your mom was the only mom I remember at our school. You were very lucky to have her in your life.
Her soul lives on.

I am one of the lucky women who also belonged to Dominion Golf Ladies League and had the extreme pleasure of getting to know Delores. Honestly, she scared the S#*T out of me at first but I grew to adore her like eveyone else that got to know her. My mother, Marg Paterson who passed away in 1999 loved golfing with her as well and if you were lucky enough to have Delores in your foursome you knew you were in for a great day of golf with a ton of laughs. I'm sure she will be missed by many...

I was so sad to hear of The passing of Dolores.She was a special person .I stillremember the first time I met her ...Iwas . new golfer and was in her foursome..iwas surprised at golf equipment an odd assortment of clubs in a tattered old plaid golf bag... but as she said she could golf just as "F...ING badly with a new matched set as with those LOL.We had a lot of fun playing cards telling jokes "even golfing".I wish I could be there on Thursday to reminisce but am unable to be there ...but I will always remember with love.
