This is long overdue. I have great memories of Jean and her sister working so faithfully at Christ Church, making the church beautiful with flowers, and serving tea at various receptions. I really appreciated them both and we got along really well in ministry at Christ Church. They both have gone on to be with the Lord and I am sure he has said to both, "Well done, good and faithful servants."

We are so very sorry to hear of Jeannie's passing, she has been such a bright spark at Christ Church Colchester for as long as I can remember, from the loving care she put into the flower arrangements to all her work with the ACW. We pray that the wonderful memories of a long and very productive life are a comfort to you all in the days ahead.

We are both so very sorry to hear of Jeannie's passing. We wish all of the family our condolences & send a hug to each of you. We know she is in a good place but she will definitely be missed. I have always, personally looked up to her, even though she was shorter than me, & through the years we had some wonderful conversations. Every Sunday, Lynn got a kiss from her & will always remember how sweet she was to him. Wish we were there to celebrate her life with you.

It is with great sadness that we heard about dear Jennie, she will be remember by all of us for her dedication to our church at Colchester, for her long teaching (Jeff never wanted to graduate out of her class) for all the flowers she so lovingly arranged on the altar for her love of the Lord. She has left a big hole in our hearts, and now she is busy chatting up a storm in Heaven, God Bless You All, John and Donna and Family

Thinking of you at this time.
I am privileged and blessed to have known and shared so much with a great Christian woman. Enjoyed every moment I shared with Jeannie. I treasure all the great times together, yes it was suppose to be for cleaning but Jeannie always offered so much love, especially her love for her Lord and Savior, knowledge of her plants and flowers, encouragement, understanding and her great stories. Will always remember the times standing at her kitchen window just watching the birds and squirrels at her feeders. Jeannie knew how to enjoy the little things in life but had a very big heart for everyone and everything. Her legacy will live on for many, many years. Now Jeannie will be able to use her love for gardening and flower arranging as she tends to the gardens in heaven. Rest in peace my dear friend - till we meet again.
