Obituary of Ronald Albert Taylor

TAYLOR, Ronald Albert 92 years. Passed away August 30, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen (2010). Loving father of Patricia Norbury, England, Mavis, Amherstburg, Linda and John Oakes, Cambridge. Loving grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Edgar Taylor, Mary Jane (Jones) and sister Elsie. Ron will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Ron was a WWII Veteran and was part of the D-Day Landing receiving the D-Day Medal of Honor, he was a Leading Seaman in the Royal British Navy, member of the RCLB #338, K of C Council 5350 and Chairman of Harrow Seniors Committee. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Friday 7-9 p.m. R.C.L.B. #338 service at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Saturday September 3, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Victoria Mouck officiating.
