Paul, I am so very sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. I worked with her at Wolverine Freight Systems and we always loved to have our quick little chats. My heart goes out to all those who loved Darlene. Creator be with you during this time. A piece of my heart has gone on to the next journey with you and a part of me stays here on earth to try to live my life to the fullest that I can cherishing every moment and not taking life for granted. I will love your grandsons and hope to raise them in a way that makes you smile. I was blessed to have you in my life and am really going to miss you. You were an amazing mom to Charmaine and I both.
The love you had for Dakota and Kaleb... there are no words that would describe it you went beyond and loved them with all your heart. What breaks my heart is losing everything that was you.

Darlene - you were such a beautiful lady. I'm so thankful for the love and care you showered on our daughters and grandsons. You took the time to play with Dakota and Kaleb. That is a priceless gift I know they cherish. Now when I play Wii with the boys, I won't have the consolation that both us grandmas (Kookums) can't match the skillset our young grandsons have!
You're a lovely lady and I'm going to miss you. I know heaven has welcomed you with open arms! Their gain, our loss!
