KENNEDY, Dorothy (Oberlin) 83 years on November 23, 2016. Loving wife of the late Ed Kennedy and Andrew Danyluk. Mother of the Tina Williams (Ken), Lisa Vulakovich (Joe), and late Larry Kennedy. Cherished Namma of Michael, Tia, Cody and Tara. Dear sister of the late Martha, Catherine and Nancy. Mom, you were the mother all kids could only dream of having. We have the best memories of your loving touch and playful times. We remember riding in the grocery store boxes in the back seat of your car. You'd hit the brakes and we would fall down laughing with delight to get back inside to do it again. YOU were the neighbourhood mom the kids would visit on Sat. mornings in the gazebo. You built us a miniature goofy golf course in our backyard. You would chase us around the yard with the garden hose and even squirted water into the house just to get us. What fun! You were an accomplished bowler and stealthy poker and euchre player. Your love of music introduced us to Simon and Garfunkel, country and Neil Diamond. You even liked Bon Jovi and the Indie band Fun. You were the best Namma to our kids and played endless hours of Pokemon and Animal Crossing till 3am on your gamecube and Wii. You mastered Paper Mario and even built a small town in your basement for the kids. You were a gamer until you were 80! There will be no other mother like you. As post polio weakened you, you carried on. You carried on. Your spirit went out in a blaze of glory and you are now homeward bound with Dad and Larry.
