Dear Mary, George, Christian and families,
Our sincere sympathy on the death of your Mother. Illness prevented us from being there at the Funeral but our thoughts are with you. We have many happy memories of both Bill and Eileen. We remember Bill with his finger in a page of a huge dictionary, happily telling us the etymology of a particular word. Also his love of gardening and how he buried cats under the rhubarb which was why it was so delicious. Eileen always had a cup of tea for us when we visited. One time, on St. Patrick's day, we decked the kids up in green and sent them over one at a time laden with the cups, spoons, sugar, etc, and I followed with the teapot. We remember a lot of laughter and fun with them both. We were so sorry when they moved away. I'm glad we kept in touch and the "Daunts" will always be a very happy memory for all of us. God bless each of you. Ian, Hilery, Jonathan, Jennifer and Laura.
