Obituary of David Scott Craig

CRAIG, David Scott Born March 3, 1937. Dave crossed the finish line peacefully on February 6, 2017. Beloved husband of Betty (Ford). Son of the late John & Ella Craig. Loving father of James (Darlene) Craig, Randy (Sherry) Craig, Suzanne (John) Cassidy. Cherished grandfather of Justin (Tarrah), Ryan (Carly) and Ashley. Dear brother-in-law Barbara Craig, the late Ron (Linda) Ford, Gloria (late Ken) Macey, Carol (late Peter) Parent, Wes (Nancy) Ford, Lynda Jean (Larry) Smith. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Jack, Robert and sisters Irene and Ellan. Dave raced at Checker Flag, Ridge Raceway and belonged to WOSCRA and won over 40 Championships. He retired after 38 years at Amherst Quarries from 1959-1997. Memorial Visitation at GERALD A. SMITH FUNERAL HOME 197 King St. W. Harrow. Sunday from 2-5 p.m. A Memorial Service to celebrate Dave's life will be held on Monday February 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
