THOMPSON, Gertrude Janet (Arner) 96 years. Passed away peacefully on March 10, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Gregory William Thompson (2005). Dear mother of Gary Thompson, Sharon Singer, Wayne (Cindy) Thompson, Gail (Paul) Beaudoin. Loving grandmother of Shelley (Marc), Craig, Jason (Samantha), Karla, Krista (Ross), Kevin and Sarah. Loving great grandma of Jason, Emersyn and Edouard. Predeceased by her brother Keith Arner and sister-in-law Frances. Dear aunt of Karen (Frank) Bajac & Family, Brad (Janis) Arner & Family. Predeceased by her nephew James Arner. Visitation at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow on Monday 7-9 pm. A service to celebrate Gertrude's life will be held on Tuesday March 14, 2017 from 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Frank Staples officiating. Interment at Iler Cemetery.
