Obituary of Allan Roger Mickle

MICKLE, Allan Roger "Mick" 79 years. September 21, 2017 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Beloved partner of Cheryl. Predeceased by his wives Carol (Abbott) 2010 and Debbie (Spry) 2014. Loving father of David (Kelly), Alan (Sherry), Stephen (Patricia), Tim (Cristy), Norman (Christine), William and Felicia (Brian) Tremblay, Tanya (Claudio), Kristy (Mike), Ritchie and Steve (Dana). Cherished grandpa of Brinton (Tina), Jarrod, Brandon (Selva), Garnette (Chris), Troy (Amanda), Erin, Sarah, Ryan, Bryce, Stephanie, Scott, Bo, Gavin, Jaydin, Ethan, Sophia, Savanah, Parker, Karlee and eight great grandchildren. Dear brother of Shirley, Lois (John) Stewart, Gladys Livingston and Harold (Dorothy). Also remembered by many nieces and nephews. Mick will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all those he touched. Mick owned and operated Mick's Excavating in Amherstburg as well as serving many other contracted service operators. He was a member of the RCLB #157 Amherstburg and was involved with numerous other business associations. Mick was a retired firefighter with the Malden Fire Dept. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at WRH Met and Ouellette campuses. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Mick's life will be held at the RCLB #157, 281 Dalhousie St. Amherstburg on Friday October 13th 2017 from 5-9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to RCLB #157 Amherstburg.
