Dearest Watsa family,
I know David in his capacity as an Essex Source Water Protextion Comittee member. He was such a delight. Smart, passionate, and kind. He spoke so very finely and proudly of his family and children... we often chatted about his children's lives, accomplishments and milestones before meetings or on breaks... he heart just shone with pride for them.
I am very sorry for your loss, and for the community's loss. David was a very special man, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to know him.

My deepest condolences to everyone in the Watsa Family . I have many fond memories of your family . I always looked forward to seeing Sheila , Sarita and Mano when I would visit my Nana and Pipi in the summers . . Margaret and Rangan were very good to my family , especially my Nana and Pipi . I will always remember Ranjans sense of humour , he could always make you laugh. He was a good man and will. E missed by many .

We are sorry to see one of our Past Presidents and Member of our Club slip away. David Watsa was an inspiration to all the staff. He was extremely supportive, positive and upbeat and was tremendously encouraging, especially during difficult times. It was truly remarkable what David did for Kingsville Golf and our facility is better because of his tireless efforts!!

Dear Margeret
It has been a long time since I had seen David's name and this was not how I wanted to see it. Many years ago in London I met Ranjan at a practice at the London Cricket Club. He had a big smile a quick wit and loved to talk cricket. I regarded him as a friend and tried to stay in touch but our lives went in different directions. Our deepest condolences to the whole family, but especially to Margaret, Shaila, Sarita, and Mano. We knew Ranjan as a guy who liked to have fun, stirred things up in conversations, liked a good joke, and was very generous in many ways to many people. When Kate & Mano were married, we couldn't have asked for a better couple than Mangaret & Ranjan to help in any way, making the whole experience a pleasure. I don't think we disagreed on anything for the wedding plans. He kept his sense of humour until not very long ago. We were having supper at Mano & Kate's, and Lou said something about never being drunk. Ranjan laughed so hard that we all laughed until we could hardly breath.
We will miss him a great deal, and family get-togethers will never be the same.
Rest in Peace, David, we will miss you.
