Dear Avó of Maria Bartolomeu and Mariana (Jamie) Polkosnik. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Monday December 18, 2017 from 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday December 19, 2017 where family and friend will meet St. Anthony of Padua Church 120 Munger St. W. Harrow at 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
