Obituary of Jerome Laporte

LAPORTE, Jerome "Jerry" 76 years on January 14, 2018. Peacefully surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of 52 years to Susan (Clifford). Cherished dad to Sherry (Elvis) Laporte-Raybon and Jerome "Butch" (Brenda) Laporte. Loving grandpa to Mykal (Jaimie) Murawski and Aaron Murawski. Loving "Pipi" to Kaylee, Joey, Benji and Kaiden. Dear brother of Jim (Marie) Kovosi and the late Pam Black (2015). Brother-in-law of Bob (Karen) Clifford and Terry (Lori) Clifford. Jerry had 32 years of service for Chrysler Canada, retiring in 1993. He was a member of Unifor 444, S.O.M.B.C. and 1998 Gentleman SPBC. Jerry loved his classic cars, drag cars, racing and snowmobiles. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Cremation has taken place. Visitation Thursday January 18, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A special Thank You to the Doctors, Nurses and ER Staff at Erie Shores HealthCare.
