Obituary of Barrie Wayne Brush

BRUSH, Barrie Wayne 75 years. Passed away on March 9, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband to Ruth Anne (Curtis). Loving father of Holly (Jamie Greer) and Kyle (Katherine). Loving step father of Laurie (Ralf) Fiedler, Brian Fahringer (Marcia Kerester), Lynne Hegenauer (Mark) and Brad Fahringer (Julie). Cherished grandpa of Jacob, Jonah and Jack as well as 10 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Kim (Dianne) Brush. Dear uncle of Jeff (Christine) Brush and Sheri (Elvin) Bratt. Barrie was a Project Manager at Allied Chemical, retiring in 1995. Barrie raced at Checker Flag Speedway, winning many races and three Season Point Championships. Barrie retired from driving when the coupes ended in 1971. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday March 13, 2018 where family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church 4401 Mount Royal Dr. Windsor N9G 2C5 for an 11:00 a.m. Mass. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Liver Foundation or Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church Building Fund. Cremation has taken place.
