Obituary of John F. Meharg

83 years. Passed away May 11, 2014. Late of Harrow. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis (Brunet) Meharg. Loving dad of Pamela and Ken Bews, Chuck and Lynn Meharg, La Salle, Mary Jo Silva and Ken Hunt, Harrow, Jacki and Mike Allen, Amherstburg. Predeceased by his daughter Mary Katherine. Loving Poppy of 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Jim (Diane) Meharg, Alice Marshall, Arabelle (Don) Hutchinson, Marge Vanader and predeceased by Allen Meharg. Jack owned and operated Jack’s Mini Plaza in Colchester Village for several years. Resting at Gerald A. Smith Funeral Home 197 King St. W. Harrow. Visitation Wednesday 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held Thursday May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Frank Staples officiating.
