I'm so sorry for your loss ! Frances touched so many lives, but a mother/grandmother is a very special person in the lives of her family. She taught all our children at least once and sometimes twice in the Elementary School. Later she moved near us, but unfortunately I didn't see the final beauty that she made of her garden before we moved. My love to all the family who we have known, and my deepest sympathy.

I was very sorry to hear about the passing of Frances. We were, at times, in the same split classes at Malden Central PS and both of our families attended St Alban's as well. I will always remember Frances' beautiful smile and her thoughtfulness towards others. She has been a positive influence on many individuals and will not soon be forgotten. God's hand touched her and she sleeps in peace.

How we wish we could have been back in town to express our sympathies to all of the family in person. To Jeanne, Geoff & Greg, we know what a wonderful mother you had & how supportive & loving she always was with each of you. To Mary Lou, Gloria & Susan, Fran was the sister everyone wishes for. She always spoke so highly about each of you. To all of the grandchildren, your Grandma loved to talk about all of you, with such pride & excitement about what was going on in your lives. She seemed to be always planning something around one of you. I remember her having the rings made for each girl. Even though this is such a truly sad time for all of you, we know you will find strength & happiness in all of your fond memories of her. Dear Jeanie, Jim, Greg and Geoff, Gloria and all the family who loved dear Frances,
We have been praying for her at St Andrew's. I heard too late how seriously ill she was or I would have visited. I am so sorry that you have all lost a wonderful mother, a sister and friend. I also know what an inspirational teacher Frances was and how calm and confident she always seemed. I know that her strong faith must have helped you and her in her last illness.
May you all be comforted by Our Lord and know that He will walk with you through your grief. I will try to come to the funeral service but definitely to the visitation.

One of my favorite teachers who taught me the love of reading. She used to read a novel to us after every lunch hour and it was the best part of the day. I remember it so well. She has a positive impact on so many.

I was sorry to see your Mom's picture at the funeral home. I recognize her, and I know that you both worked at our place, quite a while ago. I have a 2 p.m. gathering to attend on Monday, but I might be able to be there at 1 p.m.

Mrs Wright was my teacher for grades 1and 3. I have fond memories of being in her class. In later years, when I would run into her, she was always kind and interested in what we were up to. I am grateful for her life. Very sorry for your loss.
