I’ve just learned of Carol’s passing this very minute.....I was Carol and Roberts neighbour for the better part of 4 years. Me and Carol became fast friends once we both realized our shared love affair for Halloween. We officially met my first fall in the house, when we both found ourselves outside, setting up our Halloween displays one Sunday. She was so excited to have someone new in the neighbood that shared her enthusiasm for the holiday! Every year her display grew and grew, and rain or shine, she would be out there handing out candy.......last year I moved out of the neighbourhood, and noticed this past Halloween that she hadn’t set up. I was worried something was wrong, as I knew there wasn’t much that would keep her from enjoying the holiday......I will GREATLY miss her, as will my daughter and her Halloween spirit. My deepest sympathies to Robert, her son and her entire family.......rest in peace Carol.
